SHARK ENERGY DRINK NEWQUAY FOOTBALL FESTIVAL JUNE 20TH – 22ND 2008

Hi,

UKSE7ENS are holding our annual UK 6-a-side SHARK ENERGY Football Festival in June 20th – 22nd 2008 for both Men and Women’s teams in Newquay.

The Football festival promises to be one of the highlights of the summer as we are combining a quality football tournament with a weekend away at one of the UK’s finest resorts.

There are still a few spaces left so, if you are looking for a summer break, end of season tour or just to do something different on your usual pilgrimage to Newquay then this is the package for you. To ensure the weekend runs smoothly we will be using Premier Sixes, the organizers of the UK’s finest small sided league (http://www.premiersixes.com) to take care of the football tournament, while Bar Tenders Ball (http://www.bartendersball.co.uk) will be looking after the nightly entertainmant.

With tour packages at ONLY £89 per person (£45 for the organizer) included in the price is:

> Accommodation at Trevelgue caravan park, on the Fri, Sat & Sun

> A high caliber 6-a-side tournament played on the Saturday & Sunday.

> World cup style tournament, qualification groups on the Saturday, and the Knockout stages on the Sunday.

> A Champions Cup and Runners up Cup for the men, and Champions Cup for the Women, PLUS cash prizes (All entrants must be 16+)

> The tournament Champions invited back the next year to defend their crown for FREE.

> FREE entry into Newquay’s top nightclubs & pubs on the Friday & Saturday nights, and exclusive drink promotions for all UKSE7ENS participants on our recommended pub crawl

> VIP guests invite to our exclusive closing party on the Sunday evening, with bands, DJ’s, SHARK & JAGERMEISTER girls giving out drinks samples, presentations, and much more.

Places are limited for tournament and restricted to a first come first served basis, so please get your team registered as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, we have attached a brochure with more information. There are several ways to register your team:

1. Simply log on to http://www.uksevens.com and follow the links to the tournaments.
2. Call 07970899742 and speak to a representative that will take your details.
3. Fill in the enclosed application form on the back of the pamphlet and it post back to us.

Please also feel free to join our Facebook group http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=35787175229

Yours Sincerely

Jonno was left dissapointed after no call up for the reserves.
He feels he would of slid into that sweeper role with a solid performance.

PS Bowyer he used to love you....used to...

For Si Taylor I thought i would put my own little points of correction to Spanner's excellent report, Which is expected because a) spanner was a long way from the play and B) as I don't play regularly its important to get the details correct.
point 1. Kapil should have had a penalty when the Balsham keeper pulled him back after knocking the ball past him.
point 2. Kapils firm header was deflected by the Balsham defender onto the bar and then was scrambled away.
point 3. The ball was floated into the box by Swanny in which Kapil chested down and volleyed against the post and the approaching Preston tucked away the rebound.
Some may disagree with my comments, but i was there, say what you like!!!!..... I still believe the ball crossed the line but will allow Preston to claim it.

lol

good luck with the semi's
